Two hotels will be utilized. The host hotel will be Amelia Hotel at the Beach, an 85 room property, with overflow and for people requesting smoking and/or pet friendly rooms at an adjoining Hampton Inn an 81 room property. The room rate for either hotel is 75.00 and both offer similar amenities including complimentary expanded breakfast bar.

Amelia Hotel at the Beach, the host hotel will have the hospitality room where everyone can gather for conviviality. The lobby area with additional seating is right outside the hospitality room for additional space. The website is www.ameliahotel.com. Since we will fill the hotel, we will pretty much own the place for the week.

The Hampton Inn is about 100 yards away and has rooms very similar to the host hotel. Hampton Inn's website is www.ameliaislandhamptoninn.com. This hotel will accomodate overflow and attendees who prefer a smoking room and/or will be bringing a pet.
